Senior Sales Associate

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing leadership and guidance to junior sales staff. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in retail or business-to-customer sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering results.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers by providing product knowledge, recommendations, and support to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain a strong understanding of product lines, promotions, and brand strategies.
• Supervise and mentor junior sales associates to improve performance and customer engagement.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Monitor stock levels, product displays, and merchandising standards.
• Assist with store operations including opening/closing duties, inventory counts, and cash handling.
• Collaborate with the management team on strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market competition.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or any related field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role.
• Knowledge of industry trends (Health & Fitness), competitor analysis, and sales best practices (preferably).
• Keen to details.
• Good Communication skills.
• Can start ASAP.
