Job Description - Senior Sales Executive

Job Description

Support Sales & Distribution Department and is responsible for sales performance of assigned area or Offline channel

Drive sales and distribution strategy, prospects and pipeline for assigned area or channel;

Drive account management initiatives with key agencies and trade partners;

Deepen engagement with market. Conduct business reviews, product seminars, webinars, fam trips etc;

Review and design fare products, sales programs and campaigns to drive incremental business;

Source and acquire new agency, corporate or trade partners and opportunities through industry events and engagements;

Collaborate with HQ for end-to-end implementation of new sales partners;

Review performance of sales partners and distribution channels to maximise sales opportunities;

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive in-market initiatives;

Monitor market landscape. Review market insights to ensure competitiveness;

Coordinate with key departments ( Route Revenue, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Customer Services, Ground Ops, etc.) to ensure quality experience for trade and customers;

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have 3-5 years experience in aSalesposition, preferably from an airline ortourismrelated industry

Must be at least a Bachelor's degree graduate in any field.

Preferably with experience in Airline orAviation sales. Previous experience in hospitality,travel salesis acceptable.

Can work with less supervision, has a keen analytical skills and is comfortable with targets

Excellent selling, negotiation & presentation skills

Willing to travel
