Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.Set clear sales objectives and provide coaching and feedback to team members.Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.Forecast sales and revenue trends to provide accurate revenue projections.Required Skills:Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B/software Sales Management with an emphasis on SaaS sales.Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales.Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and techniques.Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
