Job Description - Senior Sales Professional (Remote) P35k-65K / Month

Business Development: Identify and prospect potential clients if they are interested in new money-making opportunities.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their objectives, risk tolerance, and preferences to offer tailored money-making solutions.

Product Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of various products and services that the company provides to establish client satisfaction.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve personal and team sales targets. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion processes.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the current market updates and use this knowledge to provide valuable insights to clients and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Compliance and Regulation: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies throughout the sales process.

Performance Reporting: Generate regular sales reports and updates to track individual and team performance, providing insights to improve sales outcomes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any field – preferred but not required.
Proven track record of successful sales knowledge and experience.
Interested in learning and understanding of new information that is needed for the company needs.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex sales strategies in a clear and concise manner.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales tools.
High level of self-motivation and goal-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
