Duties and Responsibilities:1. Developing general business of HVAC in Philippine region2. Develop sales plans that detail strategy, tactics, required support and timetable for attainment of sales objectives to include revenue targets.3. Analyze and evaluate all existing service accounts for customer loyalty and growth potential, develop and implement sales growth plan.4.Conduct HVAC product presentations with clients.5.Attends and Provide Technical meetings as needed by the client.6.Conduct site visit for ongoing projects.7.Conducts solution and design as per the customer’s requirements.8.Conducts regular follow-ups and coordinate to clients.9.Conducts HVAC sales policies.10.Support the development and execution of corporate marketing plans.11.Supervises and monitors monthly and sales achievements making sure that target is met.Job Requirements:1.with any Bachelor’s Degree or any related course2.7 years of Sales experience is an advantage.3.Preferably has an Excellent knowledges and experiences in HVAC industry.4.Familiarity with the local market is a plus.5.Ability to organize and prioritize work.6.Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations to groups.7.Ability to lead, coach/develop and motivate individuals and teams.
