The company plays a critical role in supporting digital infrastructure needs across the region through its advanced manufacturing, strategic partnerships, and expansive product portfolio.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Developing new accounts that could provide sufficient sales to achieve monthly targets by continuously looking for and prospecting new clients.
Maintaining existing accounts will be the bread and butter to achieve monthly targets by continuous communication with every client.
Coordination with the Sales Coordinator regarding the processing of every Purchase Order
Coordination with the Logistics Department with regard to the delivery schedule and instructions
Coordination with the Technical Department regarding concerns and issues with the products, especially with the equipment.
Close monitoring of the inventory stock with full coordination with the Product Head, especially on those items that are fast-moving.
Assistance in the Accounting Department in collection follow-ups, especially on those clients with long overdue invoices. Includes also any issues that are encountered that delay the payment on the client's side.
Support the Marketing Department on every contract signing, exhibition, convention and other important events which involve clients.
Ensuring that the new and existing clients are maintained.
Create a proposal and ensure that the proposal is submitted on time to close the project.
Ensuring that all Business Development Managers and Sales Specialists achieve their targets monthly, especially the yearly quota.
Reporting to the Assistant Country Manager and Country Manager to ensure that the clients that needs to be assisted are provided withy good service.
Travelling to any part of the country to ensure that the prospective clients are well visited and presented with the products offered, the existing clients are well provided with the best service and the big projects are properly monitored so as not to be given to competitors.
Ensuring that all clients will be informed of the new products especially the equipment. Training schedules aligned with the Technical Team.
Providing all the necessary documents needed by the HR/Admin Department during offical business travels, business meetings and sickness and personal leaves.
Oversees the Sales Team, including Manila and Cebu, on achieving their targets monthly by continuously monitoring their performance and providing them leads that can help them to achieve their quotas
Oversees the Marketing Department at every event, convention, seminar, and technical training that the company is hosting. This includes ensuring that all marketing materials are provided for every event posting on social media.
Oversees the Sales Processing Team, making sure that all the orders they process will be delivered accurately.
All other needed assistance, support, and monitoring to every Department
Must-have Skills / Qualification:
Minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience in a related field or industry
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas
Must have hands-on sales experience with ICT (Information and Communications Technology) products
Familiarity with ICT solutions, offerings, and market landscape
Proficient in preparing and presenting reports to both internal and external stakeholders
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team-oriented, resourceful, and self-motivated
Demonstrates an innovative and proactive approach to work
Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Willing to travel across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao for client acquisition and business development
Must be willing to travel
Advantageous:
Preferably an ECE graduate.
Experience in both B2B and B2C Sales.
Preferably with established pipeline or network in the market.
