Senior Salesforce Developer

Description

:As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you’ll play a vital role at DTN. We are looking for an individual that will be central to continually improving and enhancing the Salesforce platform for our organization. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of all programmatic requests. You’ll work alongside our Salesforce Developers and Administrators to collaborate on specifications based on stakeholder requirements, validate the proposals, and deliver the solutions.

Core Duties

Collaborate with the Salesforce Administrator to validate business requirements and any considerations (security, scalability, limits)

Design and develop complex flows, workflows, complex formula fields & validation rules, complex reports and complex dashboards

Develop Apex (classes and triggers) to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements

Develop custom user interfaces – including Visualforce/Lightning pages, Aura Components, and Lightening Web Components

Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization

Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write/maintain test classes for all custom development

Integrate business applications to Salesforce, such as DocuSign

Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code

Requirements

3+ years of Salesforce Development experience

Proficiency in administrative tasks like creating profiles, roles, user security models, page layouts, email services, dashboards, tasks, and events

Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Billing, and Force.com

Experience in APEX, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Process Builder, Triggers, and more

Competence in environment and release management, CI/CD tools

Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Ability to adapt programming methods and practice Agile methodologies

Skill in identifying and proposing procedural improvements and participating in code reviews

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between PHP 93,333 and PHP 133,333 monthly. DTN is a pay-for-performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experiences, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity, and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market-competitive variable pay and benefits.
