Senior Salesforce Dveloper | WFH

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with extensive experience in Salesforce customization and a deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ. The role involves participating in discovery sessions, advising business partners, gathering technical requirements, and guiding the team in implementing DevSecOps processes. Additionally, you will analyze the existing codebase to optimize and reduce technical debt.

• The Salesforce (SFDC) Developer is responsible for designing, implementing, unit testing, and deploying high-quality standard and non-standard components to meet business requirements using Salesforce.com
• In addition to standard SFDC configuration, the SFDC developer will be responsible for developing solutions that will leverage HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and other technologies
• Responsible for SFDC customizations of standard and custom objects using the Force.com platform
• Responsible for SFDC scripting using APEX, including the development of SOAP and REST interfaces
• Lead release management efforts of SFDC, including migration of data and build across environments
• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on SFDC platform

Your Success Profile includes:

• A bachelor’s degree (preferably with an emphasis in Business Administration , Engineering or Information Systems), or equivalent experience
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in an Agile development environment
• SFDC Certified Developer (DEV-401) or equivalent experience with APEX, VisualForce, SOQL
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels and demonstrate a high level of confidentiality within the position

• Experience working with an agile team with a growth mindset.
