Key Responsibilities:

Software Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Implement and manage scalable and efficient API infrastructures.

Database Management:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain database systems using PostgreSQL (PSQL).
• Ensure data integrity, security, and performance across our database environments.

Cloud Services:

• Utilize AWS services (such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) to build and maintain cloud-based applications.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost efficiency and performance.

Microservices Development:

• Design and develop microservices to ensure a modular and decoupled system architecture.
• Ensure services are robust, maintainable, and scalable.

Additional Skills (Plus):

• Knowledge of DNS systems and domain management is a plus, enhancing our ability to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Collaboration and Leadership:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on database systems, cloud services, and web frameworks.
• Expertise in PostgreSQL (PSQL) and AWS services.
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and experience in building and managing APIs and microservices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
