We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Sourcing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing top talent across Australia, building and maintaining strong candidate relationships, and supporting a seamless end\-to\-end hiring process. You’ll lead candidate identification and engagement activities, coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, and contribute to timely, high\-quality hiring outcomes. Working across industries including ICT, Government, and Professional Services, you’ll thrive in a fast\-paced, supportive team environment while ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

What You’ll Do

• Source top talent leveraging job boards, social media, and networking to identify high\-potential candidates.
  


• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  


• Support the end\-to\-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to placement.
  


• Leverage sales techniques such as cold calling, networking, relationship\-building, and consultative selling to attract and engage top talent.
  


• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications efficiently.
  


• Maintain accurate records in the recruitment database and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  


• Collaborate with the team and recruitment leads to achieve recruitment and sales targets.
  

Requirements

• A proactive and results\-driven approach.
  


• Willingness to continue developing within the recruitment industry.
  


• Experience in Recruitment Sourcing, preferably in the Australian Market.
  


• Experience in government or ICT recruitment is highly regarded.
