Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and reports.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Manage the month-end closing process and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and prepare explanations.
• Collaborate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
