Senior System Administrator

JOB REQUIREMENTS:• Candidate to possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or an equivalent four (4)-year degree course.• Minimum of 3-5 years of system administration work, including Linux administration, network troubleshooting, and management of cloud-based (e.g. AWS) services.• Scripting and automation experience in bash and/or python. Experience developing scripts for ansible or chef is a bonus.• Expert troubleshooting skills, able to investigate and resolve complex customer issues involving DNS, TCP, HTTP(S), and proprietary applications, pushing back to the internal customer or support agent when appropriate.• Able to work both independently and as part of a team, collaborating on projects and tasks.• Strong technical documentation and communication skills• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including Holidays• Can start ASAP, preferred.
