We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our team and lead our customer service experts to new heights of performance and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of customer service experts to achieve performance excellence.
- Liaise with clients to deliver business and performance goals and
- Provide strategic recommendations for enhancing customer experience and business outcomes
- Keep the team updated on industry trends, company policies, and best practices.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for innovation, automation, and process improvements.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages professional growth and high morale.
Skills and Competencies:
- 5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to engage with clients confidently and drive successful outcomes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to handle challenging personalities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
