Senior Trainer

What You'll Do

• Facilitate onboarding, refresher, and upskilling programs for employees.

• Analyze performance metrics to identify training needs and knowledge gaps.

• Design and deliver targeted learning interventions that drive measurable improvements.

• Evaluate training effectiveness through post-training assessments and performance reviews.

• Maintain and update training materials, documentation, and learning resources.

• Partner with Operations, QA, HR, and Clients to align training initiatives with business objectives.

• Support continuous improvement through data-driven recommendations and strategic learning initiatives.

• Act as a training subject matter expert and provide guidance on complex operational and learning challenges.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of training experience in a BPO environment.

• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.

• Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.

• Experience using performance data to improve KPIs such as AHT, CSAT, FCR, or quality metrics.

• Strong stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Must be amenable to start by June 29, 2026

Work Setup

•  Onsite – Wilcon IT Hub, Makati

•  Must be amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs

•  Occasional travel may be required
