• Lead the design of digital products and experiences, ensuring that they meet user needs and business objectives.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, using tools such as Figma.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure that designs are implemented effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to design projects as appropriate.
• Communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders and team members.
• Mentor and coach junior designers, providing guidance and feedback on design best practices.

• Leadership: The ability to lead design projects and mentor and coach junior designers, providing guidance and feedback on design best practices.
• Technical skills: The ability to work with HTML, CSS, React and JavaScript, and understand the technical constraints and possibilities of different digital platforms.
• Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing design requirements and priorities, and work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
