Senior Web Designer (Elementor)| Fixed Dayshift and Weekends Off | Hybrid

This role involves working closely with a talented team of strategists, developers, and designers to create visually appealing, user-friendly websites. The focus is on design and user experience, allowing the designer to craft engaging interfaces while leaving the heavier coding work to the development team.

Responsibilities:

• Design and Prototyping: Collaborate on website concepts and designs in Figma, expanding on key templates and creating additional pages for client approval.
• Web Production: Build out websites in Elementor, using provided designs or crafting layouts directly in Elementor when necessary.
• Component Development: Help grow our library of connected Figma and Elementor components to ensure efficiency and uniqueness across projects.
• Problem Solving: Work with the team to fill in gaps, make suggestions, and deliver creative solutions for any challenges that arise.

Qualifications:

• Elementor Expertise: You’re experienced and comfortable working in Elementor and know its intricacies inside out.
• Design Skills: A strong understanding of web design principles, responsive layouts, and UX/UI best practices. You think about the user journey and how design impacts conversion.
• Figma Experience: Familiarity with Figma is ideal, but we’ll provide training if you’re new to the platform.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: You take initiative, think creatively, and enjoy solving design and content challenges.
• Excellent English written and verbal English. Often you’ll be receiving client feedback directly and it’s essential you can read and extract the action items applicable to you.
• Basic Web Knowledge: Some familiarity with HTML/CSS is a bonus, but the focus is on design rather than coding.
