Job Description - SEO Manager

Lead the development and execution of innovative SEO strategies to enhance organic search performance.
Track and analyze key performance indicators to ensure targets for the company's online printing brands are met.
Conduct thorough SEO audits and collaborate with the engineering team to implement technical enhancements.
Build, analyze, and maintain quality backlinks while understanding diverse linking strategies.
Oversee the entire process from keyword auditing and research to reporting, providing actionable insights to the Content team for effective content creation.
Educate internal teams on SEO best practices and foster collaboration across departments.
Generate regular reports analyzing SEO performance and its business impact.
Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm updates to refine strategies.
Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in on-page, technical, and off-page SEO.
Proficient in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, MOZ, and AHREFs.
In-depth understanding of search engine mechanics and ranking factors.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective SEO strategies that yield measurable results.
Proven track record of successful SEO campaigns and initiatives.
Strong communication skills, particularly in educating and engaging teams.
Excellent project management abilities, showcasing strong organizational skills.
Highly analytical, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Independent worker with a proactive mindset capable of driving projects to completion.
