SEO Specialist

The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing search optimization strategies to improve the company’s website rankings on major search engines. This involves keyword research, optimizing web content, and analyzing performance metrics to drive organic traffic and increase online visibility.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business objectives


• Identify relevant keywords and phrases to target based on industry trends and user search behavior


• On-Page Optimization: Optimize website elements, including meta tags, headers, URLs, and images, to improve search engine ranking. Ensure website content is user-friendly, engaging, and aligned with the SEO best practices


• Off-Page Optimization: Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and search engine rankings


• Collaborate with web developers to ensure website architecture is optimized for crawling and indexing


• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics or any website analytic tools


• Prepare regular reports on SEO metrics, traffic, rankings and conversion rates


• Work closely with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that meets user intent and drives engagement


• Provide guidance on content structure, keyword usage, and internal linking


• Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices


• Recommend and implement changes to stay competitive in search rankings

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing and related Information Technology courses, preferred, or a related experience


• Minimum 3 years of SEO experience, preferably within the IT industry


• Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, etc.


• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and content management system (CMS)


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities


• Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
