Salary Range: 900 - 1,600 USD per month

About the job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO principles and techniques, along with proficiency in utilizing various tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console (GSC), SEMrush, and HubSpot CRM. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and overall website visibility.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up and configure GA4 for new and existing websites, including migration from Universal Analytics and creation of custom reports.
• Monitor website traffic, assess performance issues, and implement improvements using GSC.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits using SEMrush.
• Utilize HubSpot CRM data to enhance SEO strategies, integrating with third-party tools for lead generation and tracking.
• Create intuitive SEO dashboards and reports, integrating data from multiple sources for visualization.
• Develop keyword strategies based on search volume, difficulty, and relevance to the brand's products and services.
• Independently develop and execute backlink generation strategies to improve website authority and ranking.
• Provide deep understanding of technical SEO elements and suggest actionable steps for site improvements.
• Utilize AI tools and automation to enhance SEO processes for B2B lead generation websites.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience in SEO with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns and results. (minimum of 3 years of experience)
• Near-fluent spoken English.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and HubSpot CRM.
• Ability to create intuitive SEO dashboards and reports using data visualization tools.
• Advanced skills in conducting keyword research and applying insights to content strategy.
• Capability to develop and execute backlink generation strategies independently.
• Deep understanding of technical SEO elements, including site structure, schema markup, and mobile optimization.
• Mastery of AI tools and automation to enhance SEO processes.
• Strong preference for certifications in core tech stack tools.
