Service Admin AssistantReports ToThe Service Admin Assistant will report to the President and CEO, General Manager,Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, and Accounting HeadJob Description Acts as one of the first point of contact for the Service Manager and the Teams,deals with correspondence, answers enquiries and phone calls. Assists in preparing service quotations for clients and from enquiries (leads) Assists in answering and screening phone calls from clients, sub-dealers,partners, and suppliers. Assists in monitoring and properly documenting of Installation quotations andcorrect invoice numbers Assists in reporting to management and clients, current statuses of installationworks Assists the Installations Team with administrative duties and reports to otherdepartments such as Sales, and Service Department as they see fit under thescope of works.Job Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in any field. At least six (6) months of work experience in Customer Service. Proficient in using Excel and Microsoft Word and other apps alike Able to manage multiple tasks and work assignments from a variety of clients. Has good attention to detail and excellent customer service. Able to work under pressure and deadlines. Amendable to work in Greenhills San Juan AreaPOSITION SALARY COMMISSION(1) Service AdminAssistant16,500 + 10%afterregularization
