Reports ToThe Service Admin Assistant will report to the President and CEO, General Manager,Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, and Accounting HeadJob Description Acts as one of the first point of contact for the Service Manager and the Teams,deals with correspondence, answers enquiries and phone calls. Assists in preparing service quotations for clients and from enquiries (leads) Assists in answering and screening phone calls from clients, sub-dealers,partners, and suppliers. Assists in monitoring and properly documenting of Installation quotations andcorrect invoice numbers Assists in reporting to management and clients, current statuses of installationworks Assists the Installations Team with administrative duties and reports to otherdepartments such as Sales, and Service Department as they see fit under thescope of works.Job Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in any field. At least six (6) months of work experience in Customer Service. Proficient in using Excel and Microsoft Word and other apps alike Able to manage multiple tasks and work assignments from a variety of clients. Has good attention to detail and excellent customer service. Able to work under pressure and deadlines. Amendable to work in Greenhills San Juan Area
