Key Responsibilities

• Receive and assist customers requiring body repair and paint services.


• Conduct vehicle damage inspections and prepare accurate repair estimates.


• Explain repair procedures, timelines, and costs to customers clearly and professionally.


• Coordinate with Body & Paint Technicians, Parts Department, and Insurance Representatives to ensure efficient workflow.


• Monitor the progress of repair jobs and provide regular updates to customers.


• Process service orders, repair documentation, warranty claims, and insurance-related requirements.


• Ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.


• Perform final vehicle inspections prior to release and ensure customer satisfaction.


• Maintain accurate service records and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.


• At least 1–2 years of experience in automotive aftersales, body repair, painting, or service advisory functions.


• Knowledge of automotive body repair processes, paint systems, and insurance claim procedures is an advantage.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and service management systems.


• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple customer concerns simultaneously.


• Must possess a valid driver's license and has driving experience.
