We are hiring for a Service Associate - Housekeeping.

As a Service Associate - Housekeeping, we rely you to:

• Maintain and clean guests rooms as well as replenishing room supplies  


• Adhere to Shangri-La room standards policy


• Inform valets to collect guests clothes for laundry, dry cleaning or pressing


• Maintain the public and general areas 


• Report any maintenance-related issue to the Engineering Department 

We are looking for someone who:

• Takes pride in being a hotelier


• Enjoys interacting with people


• Fully understands room operations


• Communicates with fluency in English (and local language)


• Must be detail-focused and guest-oriented


• Has strong interpersonal skills
