Job Description - Service Delivery Manager (AU Retailer, Office-Based)

Salary: P220,000-270,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (08:00AM-05:00PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information management, Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 10+ years’ experience in Service Delivery Management managing multiple teams across different functions or regions.
  • Ability to develop and maintain systems and processes for IT.
  • Skills in Cross-Cultural Communication and Management, Strategic Planning and Alignment, Technical Proficiency, Leadership and Team Development, Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills, Project Management, Risk Management, Negotiation and Vendor Management, Adaptability, and Resilience.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management. Strong customer service attributes
  • Nice to Have:

  • Certification desirable: PMP, CSM, ITIL, CISSP, Lean Six Sigma, CITP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect / Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Leadership and Management Certifications
  • Knowledge of budget management
  • Experience working in Retail and/or Australian companies/accounts
  • What will you do?

  • Responsible for leading offshore IT delivery and Centre of Excellence operations ensuring alignment with Australian's management strategic goals.
  • Oversee IT project delivery, manage offshore team dynamics, and ensure quality and compliance.
  • Foster strong relationships between offshore and onshore teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams during critical incidents to minimize service downtime.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service availability and reliability.
  • Spearhead Offshore/Manila Team regarding recruitment process, onboarding and training, performance and project oversight, communication and collaboration between offshore and onshore teams, quality and compliance, budget and risk management, and continuous improvement of processes, systems, budgets, and team performance.
