Experience leading a customer-facing IT support team in a multi-client MSP
Solid technical understanding of Windows Server, Azure, Hyper-V, and IT infrastructure
Working knowledge of ITIL and ticketing systems
Clear, confident communication in English
Leadership that motivates, not micromanages
