Job Summary

The Service Fulfillment Officer will be responsible in handling Online Banking related cases to help ensure clients are able to the get the best experience when using BDO's digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• He/she will review and analyze client cases received from different channels requiring timely fulfillment and resolution.


• He/she may have to service inbound calls or conduct outbound calls to internal and external clients.


• He/she will process account maintenance requests following the bank's standard operating procedures thereby ensuring customer satisfaction without compromising quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a Bachelor's Degree holder


• At least 3 years of working experience in Customer Service


• Experience in online banking, digital platforms, debit cards and credit cards is an advantage


• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
