Job Title: Service Support Driver
Department: Service
Reports To: Service Manager
Location: JMC Makati

• Safely transport customers to and from the dealership or designated locations using the dealership’s shuttle vehicle.
• Vehicle care and inspection
• Pick up and deliver customer vehicles for service appointments as needed.
• Assist with moving vehicles within the dealership lot to ensure efficient workflow and space utilization.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shuttle vehicle and service drive area.
• Perform light cleaning of customer vehicles if required.
• Assist service advisors and other staff with various tasks to support daily operations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer drop-offs, pickups, and mileage logs.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and dealership policies.
• Report any vehicle issues or incidents to management immediately.

• Valid professional driver’s license with a clean driving record (A-D restrictions)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles especially light trucks.
• Punctual, reliable, and professional in appearance and demeanor
• Able to work in various weather conditions and stand/walk for extended periods
• Prior automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required

• Exposure to outdoor weather, vehicle exhaust fumes, and noise
• May be required to lift up to 25 lbs
• Flexible hours, including weekends, may be required
• Monday to Saturday work
• 8:30am to 5:30pm shift
