Job Summary:
The Service Technician Level 1 performs basic vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs under the supervision of more experienced technicians. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid top-offs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Replace basic parts like filters, spark plugs, belts, and hoses.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies while working on vehicles.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and knowledge.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of automotive service training or relevant certification preferred.
