Provide architectural oversight over application suite in Human Resources, establish application consolidation/modernization strategy. Analyzes technology environments, designs, and creates solution architecture models & prototypes, participates in technology selection, solution development and delivering business differentiating solutions for the two products. Provide product solutions, architectural and design guidance to development teams aligned with the vision and strategy of HR products. Designs solutions that offer highly reliable, scalable, and secure operations. Supports and fulfills new architecture and technology needs working closely with Platform Architect, Product Line Managers, Product Owners, Development teams, and external vendors. Refine customer and product requirements and assign them to product features to drive product development. Architects integrated, secure, and resilient solutions leveraging technologies such as: Azure platform & services like Web Apps, Function Apps, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, API service-oriented solutions, MS Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI). ServiceNow development or architecture skills on the ServiceNow platform and its products including but not limited to any of the following: HRSD, ITSM, ITOM, IRM, ITAM, CSM, SPM. Experience with Service Now Flow Designer, Automated Test Framework (ATF), Catalog Development/Deployment End-End Familiarity working and integrating solutions with Workday Human Capital Management modules. Modern API platform design including API testing, deployment, and integration. Extensive knowledge of public cloud service offerings (IaaS, CaaS, PaaS, SaaS services) as well product offerings from Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps. Experience in defining a technology strategy that supports the business strategic goals, optimizing the long-term value attainment and a reduction of technical debt. Track record for delivering the architecture of a large organization and demonstrated ability to execute to the architectural plan. Ability to understand strategic goals and objectives and key business processes and identify integration points. Ability to work with multiple teams both external and internal and influence/drive to deliver results.
