Our Retail Banking Group Operations Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati in the role of Shared Services Associate.

As a Shared Service Associate, you will be responsible for the delivery of an assigned service line to stores & other concerned units in line within agreed SOP and SLAs.

What the role will entail

• Handle and process digital operations for online banking account opening and transactions.
• Support store operations within the role's scope and ad hoc-related functions.
• Process back-office transactions, such as bulk account creation and similar non-customer-facing tasks.
• Conducts video KYC for account reactivation and maintenance.
• Process bank certificate requests.
  

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in any business-related course.
• Having obtained a Master's Degree is a plus.
• A minimum of background experience in Banking or any work-related field is preferred.
• Has working knowledge of banking regulations, products, and services.
• With excellent communication and customer service skills.
