Job Description - Shared Services Head (HR, IT, Finance, Quality, Training and Admin)

Access Healthcare is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Shared Services Head to lead the Philippines Operations in HR, Recruitment, IT, Finance, Training, Quality, Compliance, Client Services and Administrative functions in our dynamic BPO Healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing shared services, with a focus on optimizing processes, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership for the Shared Services team, aligning with the overall business goals.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs that support the organization's mission and vision.
  • Oversee the delivery of Shared Services to internal clients, ensuring high-quality and timely support.
  • Optimize Shared Services processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and employee satisfaction.
  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.
  • Develop and implement strategies for talent retention, career development, and succession planning.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Address and resolve complex employee issues and conflicts in a fair and timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Mitigate HR and administrative risks through proactive identification and resolution.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Implement strategies to drive a high-performance culture within the organization.
  • Manage administrative functions such as facilities management, travel coordination, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Develop and manage the HR and Admin Shared Services budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
  • Proven experience of 15+ years in Shared Services (HR, Admin, IT, Finance, Client Services) roles within the BPO Healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of BPO Healthcare operations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute operational plans effectively.
  • Experience in managing large teams and driving organizational change initiatives.
