As an SHES Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and overseeing health and safety programs, processes, and procedures across the workplace. In this role, you will manage the overall execution of the company's SHES Program and ensure full compliance with government regulations and standards.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  Oversee the overall management, implementation, and continuous evaluation of the company’s Health, Safety, Security and Environmental Safety Program.

  
  


• 
  

  Plan health and safety requirements in the workplace, including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), safety equipment, signages, training programs, and structural/facility improvements.

  
  


• 
  

  Serve as the official representative of the company when liaising with safety regulatory bodies, including DOLE, BFP, and DENR.

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

• 
  

  Education: Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer (REE).

  
  


• 
  

  Experience: At least three (3) years of related work experience in Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental management.

Technical / Functional Skills:

• 
  

  OSH Program Management: End-to-end expertise in workplace safety governance, hazard controls, PPE allocation, and facility safety improvements.

  
  


• 
  

  Regulatory Compliance: Deep understanding of DOLE OSH standards, BFP fire safety codes, DENR environmental requirements, and statutory reporting.

  
  


• 
  

  Incident Investigation & RCA: Advanced capability in conducting accident investigations, Job Hazard Assessments (JHA), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

  
  


• 
  

  Management Systems: Strong operational knowledge of ISO Integrated Management System (IMS) protocols and operational risk management frameworks.
