Job Description - Shopify Product Support Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Setup:

● Create and configure new product listings on Shopify.

● Input comprehensive product information, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and tags.

● Set up product variations such as sizes, colors, and other options.

●Ensure all product listings are meticulously crafted, accurate, and visually captivating.

Product Introduction:

● Craft compelling and informative product descriptions that effectively showcase key features and benefits.

● Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure product descriptions align with brand voice and strategy.

● Upload and manage high-quality product images and videos to enhance product presentation.

Data Scraping:

● Gather product information from supplier websites.

● Use tools to extract relevant data efficiently.

● Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

● Update product data regularly from supplier sites.

Inventory Management:

● Monitor stock levels and promptly update product listings to reflect accurate availability.

● Manage inventory settings for product variations and sizes to maintain precise stock level visibility.

Quality Assurance:

● Conduct regular audits of product listings to maintain accuracy and consistency.

● Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to product listings, including variations and sizes.

Collaboration:

● Foster close collaboration with the inventory, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless product introduction and management.

● Provide essential support for promotional campaigns and product launches.

QUALIFICATIONS

● Atleast 5 years of experience in Shopify Product Listing or any related experience

● SEM Rush experience - Preferred

● Proven experience in e-commerce product management, preferably with Shopify.

● Strong comprehension of the Shopify platform and its product setup processes.

● Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

● Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is advantageous.

● Ability to thrive independently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

● Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
