Job Description - Site Engagement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and creative Engagement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing engaging activities and programs that promote employee morale, well-being, and productivity. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing our organizational culture and employee experience.

Tasks

  • - Full cycle event planning and program administration of employee engagement programs, theme days, townhalls including coordination with Administration team: logistics, scheduling, booking meeting rooms & equipment, ordering catering, contract negotiation, etc
  • -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand employee needs and preferences, and tailor engagement initiatives accordingly
  • -Conduct surveys, feedback sessions, and assessments to gather insights on employee satisfaction and engagement levels, and use data to inform future initiatives.
  • -Managing and maintaining a master calendar to coordinate all employee engagement, including budget monitoring, compliance guidelines, and reporting update on ongoing planning of engagements
  • - Coordination with TA Marketing team on marketing initiatives that site has partnered with
  • - Partnering with the Administration team on venue, vendor sourcing & bidding, contract negotiation, and invoices
  • -Stay updated on industry best practices and trends related to employee engagement and workplace culture, and recommend innovative ideas to enhance our initiatives.
  • - Performing other engagement-related administrative tasks

Qualifications and Requirements

  • • Proven experience (2years) in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • • Strong understanding of employee engagement principles, best practices, and strategies.
  • • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative and impactful engagement activities.
  • • Data-driven approach with proficiency in gathering and analyzing employee feedback and engagement metrics.
  • • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work culture.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Experience in using Canva
