Role Purpose
The Site Integrated Planning (SIP) Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining integrated production and supply plans that balance customer demand, manufacturing capacity, material availability, inventory levels, and cost objectives. The role works closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, Finance, and Supply Planning teams to ensure reliable operations, business continuity, and efficient execution of production plans.

Key Responsibilities
Production & Supply Planning
•    Develop and maintain integrated production schedules aligned with demand, capacity, material availability, and service requirements.
•    Convert demand plans into executable production schedules while ensuring optimal inventory levels and operational efficiency.
•    Monitor schedule adherence and coordinate corrective actions to address deviations and delays.

Capacity & Resource Planning
•    Analyze manufacturing capacity, resource utilization, and operational constraints.
•    Identify bottlenecks and provide short-, medium-, and long-term planning insights.
•    Support scenario planning and evaluate operational trade-offs to improve decision-making. 

Materials & Inventory Management
•    Align production schedules with material requirements and supplier lead times.
•    Monitor inventory risks, including shortages, excess stock, and obsolescence.
•    Coordinate mitigation plans to ensure supply continuity and inventory optimization.

Exception Management
•    Manage planning issues such as material shortages, quality holds, equipment downtime, and urgent production changes.
•    Coordinate recovery plans and escalate critical risks with recommended solutions.
•    Support business continuity through contingency planning and proactive issue resolution.

Data, Systems & Continuous Improvement
•    Maintain planning parameters, master data, and planning system accuracy.
•    Analyze planning data and develop reports, dashboards, and performance insights.
•    Lead or support process improvements, automation initiatives, and planning standardization projects.

Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
•    Experience in production planning, supply planning, materials planning, manufacturing operations, or related supply chain functions.
•    Knowledge of ERP, MRP, production scheduling, and planning systems.
•    Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, consumer goods, or a complex production environment is preferred.
•    Exposure to S&OP, IBP, or integrated planning processes is an advantage.
