Job Description - Small Teams - Bookkeeper | Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable for Pooling

Are you passionate about precision, problem-solving, and making sure every dollar is accounted for?

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable expertise to join our growing team at ClearSource.
In this role, you’ll be a key part of our financial operations, ensuring accurate records, timely payments, and smooth cash flow. If you love turning chaos into clarity and numbers into actionable insights, you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Daily bookkeeping and general ledger maintenance
Managing Accounts Receivable: invoicing, payment tracking, and follow-ups
Handling Accounts Payable: vendor invoices, approvals, and on-time payments
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Supporting month-end closings and financial reporting
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy
Assisting with audits and implementing best practices for financial processes

What We’re Looking For:

We’re hiring for a range of experience levels—entry through senior for future client projects
Experience in bookkeeping and AR/AP roles
Proficiency in accounting software
Solid understanding of accounting principles and processes
High attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
