Job Description - Small Teams - Customer Service & Technical Support Specialists for Pooling

Are you passionate about helping others, solving problems, and making a real difference every day?

If so, this role could be the perfect fit for you.
We’re looking for enthusiastic and tech-savvy Customer Service & Technical Support Specialists to join our growing team in an onsite setup

In this role, your passion for customer care and your problem-solving mindset will play a key part in ensuring our users feel supported, understood, and confident using our products or services.

What You'll Do

Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with accuracy and empathy
Guide users through product features and best practices
Escalate complex issues and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
Stay informed on product updates, system changes, and support procedures

What We're Looking For

We’re hiring for a range of experience levels—entry through senior for future client projects
Experience in customer service or technical support
A genuine passion for helping people and solving problems
Strong communication skills – clear, friendly, and professional
Previous experience in customer service or technical support (preferred)
Comfort with technology and troubleshooting tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends if needed
