Position Title: Social Media & Community Coordinator
Work Set -up: Hybrid (2x onsite, Tuesday and Thursday at the main office)
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PHT
Salary: PHP 40,000 – PHP 60,000

Social Media & Community Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
• Manage Boomering’s social media presence across client -facing and recruitment channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Schedule, publish, and adapt content for each platform ensuring messaging is aligned with both our brand voice and audience intent
• Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and tagged posts in the brand persona and tone of voice of Boomering.
• Collaborate with the Content & Strategy Specialist, Creative Marketing, and Recruitment Marketing teams to ensure smooth coordination and on -brand visuals
• Support recruitment campaigns by making daily TikTok content suggestions (culture, hiring, staff life, day -in -the -life, etc.)
• Proactively track social media trends, platform updates, and content formats and make relevant suggestions Boomering can ride
• Conduct competitor and audience benchmarking to identify messaging gaps or emerging patterns
• Repurpose long -form content (blogs, videos) into snackable, platform -specific formats
• Maintain and update the shared content calendar, ensuring coverage across teams
• Track weekly platform performance (reach, engagement, saves, comments) and share insights with the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist
• Communicate the internal community activities of Boomering on social media.
• Work with internal teams to source content ideas from real moment on birthdays, games, events, showcase of talent, celebrations

Required Qualifications
• 1–2 years experience managing social media for a brand or marketing team
• Confident in managing accounts on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook with a good sense of tone and audience expectations on each
• Strong ability to identify emerging trends, formats, and platform changes
• Comfortable suggesting content ideas, challenges, hooks, or formats based on what’s working
• Familiarity with basic competitor research and audience benchmarking techniques
• Excellent English writing skills, especially for short -form and conversational content
• Comfortable working across teams: marketing, recruitment, and HR
• Proactive and people -first; enjoys creating content that highlights culture and team moments
• Organised and self -directed; able to maintain posting rhythm and reporting without being micromanaged
• Experience using social scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Zoho Social, Hootsuite, and other CRMs)
• Knowledge and professional experience with Go High Level
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Multimedia is preferred

• Experience in brand management, recruitment marketing, and workplace culture content
• Knowledge and skills in social media campaigns and chatbot automation
• Knowledge with AI and innovations
