The role we’re hiring for is to build a positive and consistent presence on social media by engaging and communicating with users who reach out to us on our social media channels.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• A candidate with strong verbal & written communication skills in English


• Additional European language knowledge would be a plus, but not required


• Ability to stay calm and professional when handling difficult or sensitive interaction


• Familiarity with a social media management tool, ideally Sprinklr


• Experience in managing social media communities will be preferred


• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy


• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US

• Monitor and respond to messages on our social media platforms in a timely manner


• Maintain the voice and tone of PMI while adapting to the context


• Identify and escalate complex issues and potential risks to relevant internal teams


• Ensure all messages are tagged appropriately and follow the guidance provided


• Recommend updates to the response guide based on past interactions


• Assist in scheduling and posting content on social media platforms

Work schedule and location

• Midshift work schedule (to support UK work hours), if based in the Philippines


• Hybrid work arrangement based in Makati City, Philippines or Krakow, Poland
