Social Media Content Specialist (Remote)

It is your job to be the primary social media expert! Our ideal candidate is a master of the mainstream platforms of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn. We're looking for a self-starter who has the motivation and expertise to dive in headfirst!

This key contributor will support and collaborate on all marketing, sales, and business development initiatives. Together, with the current marketing minds, Humane Strategic Consulting will strive to grow as an industry  leader in helping startups, small businesses and growing companies.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Have the boldness to get creative and find new ways to increase engagement and followers


• Organize, manage, and produce the entire social media content calendar


• Track, measure, optimize, and prioritize social media marketing efforts


• Use the latest techniques and tools to grow followers on social media


• Take and post high-quality images of our products, spaces, and employees with well-written, informative and visionary captions


• Coordinate with the executive team to increase traffic to our corporate websites


• Have steadfast vigilance to the online presence of our competitors and leverage best practices

Minimum requirements:

• Social Media savvy


• Avid tech enthusiasts


• Minimum of 1 years of experience in building and maintaining a brand/page on social media


• Experience in marketing on social media, advertising or digital marketing (samples required)


• Precise attention to detail and are passionate about refining your craft


• A skilled writer and editor who can draft compelling social media captions, polls, posts, share text, and other written media


• Creating reports/metrics and explaining status during meeting presentations


• Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks


• Willing to learn, adapt and highly motivated


• Disciplined and able to work remotely
