Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Social Media Content Strategist who can take full ownership of content creation, messaging, and execution across multiple platforms. This is not a support role—it is a strategic, creative position focused on building a strong, consistent, and impactful brand presence.

The ideal candidate is both a thinker and a doer—someone who can transform ideas into high-performing content quickly, while maintaining brand integrity and audience relevance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, produce, and execute high-quality content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Develop engaging short-form video concepts and oversee or execute editing
• Capture and maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging
• Establish and manage a consistent posting schedule (minimum 5–7 posts per week)
• Collaborate directly with the founder to rapidly turn ideas into publish-ready content
• Analyze content performance and optimize strategies for growth and engagement
• Stay updated on social media trends and apply them strategically to content

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing and creating content for personal brands, coaches, or similar niches
• Strong portfolio showcasing short-form video content and social media campaigns
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to a specific brand voice
• Solid understanding of audience engagement, content strategy, and platform growth
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency (without over-reliance)
• Ability to work independently and execute with minimal supervision
• Consistent and reliable content output
• High-quality, brand-aligned content across all platforms
• Measurable growth in engagement, reach, and followers
• Ability to independently manage and execute content strategy after onboarding
