Role description:
The Social Media Lead will own the organic social media channel management including but not limited to conceptualizing and executing strategies for the global channels. Working closely with Digital Marketing Teams, and Regional Marketing Teams in delivering best-practice paid media campaigns.
Role accountabilities:
Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
Social Media Campaign Management
- Development and execution of social media plans for regional and global campaigns
- Publishing organic content to our social media channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, via our social media management tool
- Management and handling ad hoc queries & from global marcoms community and business stakeholders
- Management and implementation of brand ambassador program, content and influencer
- marketing in key social media channels
Social Media Content Development & Management
- Managing assigned tasks from the global project request tool on time
- Curating social media content from our website and other resources to increase brand presence on social networking sites (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, etc)
- Closely work with the creatives team to request new content to be promoted on social media.
- Monitor and manage post engagements such as negative reactions and comments as well as messages sent to our social media inboxes
- Creation and management of monthly organic content calendar
- Monitor benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media content, and analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results
People Management
- Responsible for identifying and coordinating campaign requirements with internal stakeholders and assigning tasks to team members.
- Evaluate individual and team performance following the KPI set by the Global Marcomms team
- Responsible for recruitment efforts working with the HR Recruitment team in identifying the best candidates, conducting job interviews, and providing feedback as necessary to follow the standard recruitment process
- Support onboarding of new hires: preparation of induction program, setting up intro calls and probation reviews, and evaluation of performance as part of the PDR process.
- Responsible for PDR, GPS, rewards and recognition, upskilling, discipline management, coaching and mentoring of direct reports. Work with Team Lead with rewards and recognition and ensuring local compliance.
- Provide input as needed to the Annual Salary Review
- Perform other duties relevant to the Arcadis Way line manager role
Organic Social Channels POC
- Communicate insights and best practices to the regional and global teams
- Keep the social media team up to date about current and upcoming trends in social media and regional social activities
- Continuously perform competitive research and monitor trends
Platform Development
- Support in developing modules, guides, and process documents
- Identify and provide suggestions for continuous process improvement
- Work closely with third-party suppliers to identify issues in platforms, and how to maximize the use of platforms.
- Integration with other systems and platforms
- User management, training, and governance
Any other duties as assigned by the project manager/team lead
Qualifications & Experience:
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or any Business-related courses
Job-Related Experience:
6+ years of cumulative experience in social media marketing, managing social platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Social Media Management Software
Specific knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- LinkedIn (certification or hands-on-experience preferred), Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and Tiktok (mandatory, hands-on-experience)
- Hands-on experience with Oktopost or similar social media management software.
- Excellent understanding of LinkedIn Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads is a plus.
- Good understanding of Google Analytics (UA/GA4) and data visualization software like Google Data Studio.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and able to create engaging presentations
- Experience with task management software like Asana or similar.
