What you will do?

As Social Media &Content Lead, you will lead and execute the social media & content strategyfor existing and prospective clients.

• Proficient in content marketing theory and application
• Deep consumer and influencer understanding to translate consumer andrelevant category insights into clear communication strategies across differentsocial platforms
• Ownthe development of a strategic social media marketing plan and its associatedbudget across campaigns and channels.
• Lead all social media deliverables which includes content planning &development, execution, content optimization, community management, reporting,insights and recommendations
• Work closely with the media planning and creative team to develop bestin class social content and engagement and being sure to integrate withcompany’s overall marketing campaign plan and channels.
• Build and execute innovation on social platforms for our clients andsolve their marketing problems
• Build,lead and manage a team of talented professionals
• Collaborate with the team on new business pitches
• Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
• Use social media listening tools like SocialBakers, Talkwalker,etc
• Be the focal point of communication with the assigned clients; ensuringthat client is up to date on all developments & provide strategic input toclient’s overall business goals
• Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
• Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing toanalytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.

What skills andexperience you will need?

• 8-10years of work experience in social media marketing andcreative development.
• Proficiency in all mainstream social media channels (i.e. Facebook,Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.) and consumer behaviour andhow each platform can be on social media platforms
• Experience in leading ateam / social media department
• Is a team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide otheremployees when necessary. (ie: content development, creation and editing ofcontent, and online reputation management).
• Excellent project management skills; management and organizational inliaising with various stakeholders
• Be a trend spotter and proactive thinker
• Creative thinker and solution capabilities – think ideas first
• Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
