Job Description - Social Media Manager

SariSuki is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for social media and content creation, with a focus on scheduling posts, writing engaging scripts, and creating compelling social media content. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms and a knack for crafting posts that resonate with a target audience.

Responsibilities:

Content Scheduling: Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly posts across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
Scripting & Copywriting: Write engaging captions for social media platforms that align with the brand voice and tone
Content Creation: Work closely with designers in creating visually appealing and on-brand graphics, videos, and images for social media posts
Social Media Monitoring: Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and messages, and assist with audience engagement when needed.
Collaboration & Support: Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new content ideas, promotional initiatives, and campaign strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
1-2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, compelling copy.
Basic design skills and proficiency with social media content creation tools (e.g., Canva, etc.).
Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
A creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for social media.
Willing to report to Tunasan, Muntinlupa OR San Juan, Muntinlupa 3x a week
