Why this role exists:

This role strengthens the brands organic presence across Instagram and TikTok by creating high-quality, medically accurate content. It ensures the company stays competitive in the telehealth and wellness space through research-backed storytelling and consistent engagement.

Outcomes to own:

First 90 days:

• Become fluent in the brand voice, content standards, and medical research requirements.

• Establish a reliable content creation and scheduling workflow using ClickUp and Buffer.

• Produce consistent, on-brand posts with accurate literature sources.

Six months:

• Independently manage the full organic content pipeline from research to publishing.

• Maintain a steady rhythm of competitive benchmarking and content adjustments.

• Plan and execute content themes aligned with ongoing brand positioning.

Twelve months:

• Contribute to long-term organic growth strategy and content experimentation.

• Improve efficiency in research, creation, and scheduling workflows.

• Strengthen the brands authority through consistently accurate, high-performing content.
  
  

What you will do:

• Create high-quality Instagram and TikTok posts using strong storytelling and medically accurate insights.

• Conduct research using credible literature and convert findings into accessible, platform-appropriate content.

• Benchmark competitor content to identify opportunities and refine messaging.

• Plan content calendars aligned with brand direction and upcoming initiatives.

• Manage scheduling and publishing through Buffer while maintaining organized workflows in ClickUp.

• Collaborate asynchronously with the Co-Founder to review ideas, align on research standards, and adjust strategy as needed.

• Ensure all content meets accuracy, tone, and compliance expectations for telehealth and wellness.

KPIs and Guardrails:

Primary KPIs:

• Quality and consistency of published content

• Timeliness of content delivery and scheduling

• Accuracy of medical information and source usage

Guardrails:

• All content must align with brand voice and medical accuracy standards.

• Research sources must be credible, properly interpreted, and referenceable.

Must have experience:

• Proven experience managing organic social media for Instagram and TikTok

• Background in telehealth, wellness, or medical content creation

• Ability to conduct research using scientific or medical literature

• Strong writing and short-form content production skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Experience benchmarking competitors in a fast-moving social landscape

Tool Stack:

Buffer, ClickUp, AI research tools, medical/scientific literature databases

Working Model:

The team collaborates primarily asynchronously through ClickUp, with periodic check-ins for alignment. Core hours are flexible, with communication handled through async updates and shared documentation.
