JOB SUMMARY
Sporticulture Inc. is seeking one or more Social Media Managers to drive brand growth, influencer partnerships, and TikTok Shop performance across our licensed sports consumer goods portfolio.
This is not a content-posting role. It is a social commerce and influencer marketing role built for someone who understands how to turn audience engagement into product sales. You will manage daily social media operations, lead influencer outreach and onboarding, execute TikTok Shop campaigns, and track performance metrics to continuously optimize for ROI.
Primary focus is Tiktok Shop, influencer marketing, and video content-driven sales. Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other platforms are secondary support channel.s
The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong grasp of US consumer behavior and fan culture, and proven hands-on experience in social commerce and digital marketing. You thrive in fast-paced environments, take full ownership of your campaigns, and know how to scale what works. If you understand the language of sports fans and know how to activate them through social media, this role was made for you.
