The Marketing Manager designs develops, strategizes and implements all marketing initiatives of SM Malls Online across various social media platforms based on comprehensive marketing research and a thorough understanding of the customer base

The Marketing Manager designs develops, strategizes and implements all marketing initiatives of SM Malls Online across various social media platforms based on comprehensive marketing research and a thorough understanding of the customer base. They strategize and implement creative and innovative content that uplifts the brands' image and ensures the brands' relevance across the target market that translates into sales GMV and customer engagement.

Strategic Direction:

  • Analyzes trends, metrics, and content performance to determine the overall direction of each media platform for a specific target market
  • Being proficient in analyzing and interpreting social media performance metric
  • Ability to drive decision-making using a balance of both social media metrics and based on current online trends

Digital Marketing Implementation:

  • Designs and develops creative and innovative online content across SM Supermalls social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram & other new platforms, and creates project briefs for on-ground initiatives that will encourage customers to engage with and be advocates of the brand.
  • Coordinates with mall-based marketing teams, Key account managers for seasonal campaigns and special events

Project Development & Management:

  • Develops, oversees and monitors all ongoing and accomplished projects to ensure that timetables are followed and completed efficiently, and that the project objectives are met.

Performance Metrics & Evaluation:

  • Align regularly with Line Manager and Officers to track progress of tasks and ensure team efficiency
  • Provides support and guidance to Officers and Co-Managers for all applicable seasonal and special campaigns

Requirements: 

  • At least 2 Years Managerial Experience in all areas of Marketing, Communication, Public Relations
  • Computer literate, and with above average communication skills both oral and written
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage tasks and work under tight timelines
  • High level of Interpersonal Skills, Analytical skills, Presentation skills, creative writing (content/articles/copy)
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Pasay area.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communication Arts, or any related course
