Backed by over 15 years of innovating in healthcare, our solutions and insights power Australia's furniture and appliance industry.Key Role Responsibilities:Social Media* Manages company social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant e-commerce platforms.* Engages in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms.* Creates dynamic written, graphic, and video content* Creates content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation* Assists social media management with large projects, events, and community management* Works as part of a team to develop large social media campaigns* Analyses and reports audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects.* Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content* Uses timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analysing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visitsSales* Generating leads* Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.* Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.* Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.* Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.Qualifications:* Prior experience in handling eCommerce social media accounts will be a plus* Experience in using Social Media CMS will be advantageous* Proficiency in English* Excellent communication and negotiation skills* Capable of establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships* Ability to manage independent projects and tasks* Results-driven, metrics oriented and self-motivatedJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:* Pay raise* Work from homeSchedule:* Day shiftExperience:* Social media management: 1 year (Required)* Marketing: 1 year (Required)* Sales: 1 year (Required)
