Overview: STAFFVIRTUAL is looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Specialist to lead our digital presence across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Youll plan, create, and manage content, run paid campaigns, and use AI-powered tools (e.g., Sintra.ai) to boost brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage our content calendar

• Create engaging posts (graphics, short videos, copywriting)

• Run and optimize paid social campaigns

• Analyze performance and provide insights

• Highlight company culture and client success stories

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of social media management experience

• Skilled in content creation + paid campaigns

• Familiar with AI-powered social media tools

• Strong communication and storytelling skills
