Job Description - Social Media Specialist (US Brand Marketing, Home-based Work Setup)

Salary: P55,000 to P65,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM EST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

2-3 years of relevant work experience.

Proven background on the ff:

Social Media Marketing: Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for content creation and engagement.

Online Engagement: Ability to interact with users effectively, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.

Verbal Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, both in-person and online.

Organization: Ability to manage multiple social media accounts, schedule posts, and track performance metrics.

Professionalism: Maintain a professional tone and image on social media, representing the company positively.

Customer Focus: Understanding of customer needs and preferences to create engaging content and provide excellent service.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze social media metrics and use data to optimize campaigns and strategies.

Creativity: Ability to brainstorm and contribute innovative campaign ideas that align with the company's brand and goals.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable with learning and using internal software systems for social media management and analytics.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in social media algorithms, trends, and company strategies.

What will you do?

Manages the company’s social media accounts and posts content.

Brainstorms campaign ideas.

Analyzes analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.

Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.

Engages with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales.

Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.

Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.

Assists in creating performance reports.

Other tasks assigned by the management.
